For no particular or significant reason, we're doing a Hollies twofer to start the weekend. Interestingly, both were only released as singles in the U.S. in 1967: "On A Carousel" and "Pay You Back With Interest." "On A Carousel" was wedged between two other Hollies hits, "Bus Stop" and "Carrie Ann," and both showcase the Hollies exquisite harmonies, led by Graham Nash. (It was a tough choice landing on these two with other Hollies classics of the same 1965-67 era like "Look Through Any Window" and "Stop Stop Stop"). Hope you enjoy.
