Third Way, a public policy think tank advocating "center left" policies, has a blistering ad out, challenging the Malignant Loser / Orange Turd to testify in his hush money / election interference trial, which is about to wrap up next week in New York City. He's lied that the gag order imposed on him prevents him from testifying. The Malignant Loser has long criticized people who take the Fifth Amendment against self-incrimination, but he'd have to either take the Fifth or face perjury charges if he testifies (he won't).
