Trump Trial Preview: He Signed The Checks, He Wrote The Texts

Today, the Malignant Loser/ Don Snoreleone will continue to see details in the case against him fleshed out:

Former White House executive assistant Madeleine Westerhout is expected to return to the stand when witness testimony resumes today. Court is scheduled to be back in session at 9:30 a.m.

Westerhout testified yesterday about Trump's organizational habits and his attentiveness when she would deliver checks for him to sign. She has spoken glowingly of her former boss.

Separately, an employee from the Manhattan District Attorney's Office is expected to testify about Trump's social media posts.

About those social media posts:

... MSNBC legal analyst Lisa Rubin predicted they will present "devastating" evidence for jurors to mull over when they recess for the weekend.

Appearing on MSNBC's "Morning Joe," Rubin told the panel that Donald Trump's untethered habit of boasting on social media will play a major factor in Friday's testimony.

The day after adult film star Stormy Daniels was grilled by the former president's lawyers in the 34-count felony trial playing out in a Manhattan courtroom, Rubin suggested Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's prosecutors will do serious damage to the defense on Friday.

"Today, or as soon as today, I predict we will see what is, I think, the best evidence of all," Rubin explained to the panel. "Three tweets from May of 2018 where Donald Trump essentially confesses to the business records crime by saying, 'Yeah, I repaid Michael Cohen, and there's nothing wrong with that.'"

"That will be devastating," she added.  (our emphasis)

Having a big mouth associated with a small brain has its consequences (we fervently hope).
