Trump Sues DOJ For Catching Him Stealing

In a classic frivolous lawsuit, the deranged Malignant Loser, looking for any publicity he can drum up, is suing the Department of Justice for $100 million for serving search warrants in 2022 trying to retrieve the stolen classified documents from his Merde-o-Lardo estate. Saying the lawful raid was "political persecution," despite the fact that it was months before he announced his candidacy, the Malignant Loser's attorney threw in the kitchen sink in the attorney's memo:

"As part of the pending lawsuit, Epstein alleges that the raid, approved by Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray, a Trump appointee, was a 'clear dereliction of constitutional principles,' a departure from 'established protocol' with former U.S. presidents, an unconstitutional "abuse of process" that led to legal costs and negative political consequences for Trump, and a violation of the Supreme Court's recent decision to grant presidents immunity from crimes committed as an 'official act.'"

The Malignant Loser not only refused to give the classified documents back to the Government, he obstructed their search for them repeatedly. Some of his staff gave false statements to Federal law enforcement that all documents had been returned, when they were not. The last statement referring to his Supreme Court's immunity ruling is inane, since the classified documents were retained at his residence after his term of office expired, as would his immunity. Hopefully, Merrick Garland will get his knees to stop shaking long enough to respond strongly to this bogus action.
