When head case and worm-brained conspiracy monger Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., dropped out of the Presidential race and endorsed felon and right-wing dictator wannabe the Malignant Loser last month, he declared that he would remove his name from the ballot in swing states to help his new cult leader. Some states have turned the disturbed clown down, like the State of North Carolina, which is expected to be hotly contested in November. So the nutjob's pretend party is suing the North Carolina State Board of Elections in an effort to remove him from the ballot. The Charlotte Observer reports:
"The state Board of Elections voted along party lines to keep Kennedy on the ballot, with Democrats citing the state’s Sept. 6 deadline for absentee ballot mailing to begin, and the fact that most counties had started printing ballots.
Kennedy announced last Friday that he was suspending his presidential campaign and endorsing former President Donald Trump. He said he was going to take his name off the ballot in 10 battleground states. But his decision runs up against the deadlines in several states for dropping out.
The Kennedy campaign, through the We the People party, spent months trying to get him on the North Carolina ballot." (our emphasis)
Too late! Aww, all that effort to get on the ballot, and a job offer from the Malignant Loser was all it took for weird RFK, Jr., to betray his followers, not to mention his family.
