Mid-Week Song: The Staves

 

The Staves are the very talented British Staveley-Taylor sisters folk trio, Emily, Camilla and Jessica. We last featured them in October 2016, and they have a new album, "Good Woman," which was released on February 5 and which immediately charted at number 13 on the UK charts. It's got great tracks on it, among them our choice today, "Waiting On Me To Change." Enjoy.

Mid-Week Long Run Song

English sisters Emily, Jessica and Camilla Staveley-Taylor perform their modern folk rock music under the group name The Staves, and have been performing and touring with such diverse acts as Tom Jones, Florence + The Machine, and Bon Iver for several years.  Often performing with a just a solo acoustic guitar, their beautifully harmonized voices lift the lyrics of their songs, such as today's selection, "In The Long Run."
