A Diller, A Dollar, A Teatard Scholar

This past weekend in New Hampshire, nutty teabagger favorite Rep. Michele "I See Commies" Bachmann showed us how well she learned U.S. history. In front of a crowd of fellow teabaggers and holding a teabag, the Minnesota loon exclaimed, "You're the state where the shot was heard around the world in Lexington and Concord." Um, no, Congresswoman, that would be Massachusetts. Of course, she also said about the founding fathers, “we also know that the very founders that wrote those documents worked tirelessly until slavery was no more in the United States.” Again, no, Congresswoman, that would be Lincoln about 80 years later. Back to school, fool!

It's galling that dimwits like Bachmann and her fellow teatards regard President Obama and Democrats in general as not being "real 'Murcans," when they themselves have no clue about the American history they pretend to honor. And as if the original tea party participants were Tories/Conservatives like their present-day, corporate-backed impersonators.

Hi Liz -- She's apparently feeling that, with Palin's drop in the polls, she has an opportunity to capture the lunatic demographic.

Thanks for stopping by. . .
