The Decider's spin on the military funding bill is that Congress is denying funds to the troops in harm's way. In fact, Congress has fully funded the troops, but has required a timetable for withdrawal - - reflecting the wishes of the American people.
So when Chimpy vetoes the the funding bill, he is the one denying funds. However, some in the media are playing along with the Bush Assministration, rather that asking the question "when will the Iraqis provide for their own security" so that the U.S. can stand down.
