We look back on last week's Rethuglican National Convention fib-a-thon, and have to say that our favorite image - - one that symbolizes the competence, and fitness to govern of the typical Rethug politician - - is our "cottage cheese with lime Jello" shot of Sen. McMaverick holding forth. (Wow, someone really slathered on the "man-cake" on McMaverick's pasty face - - trollop!)
