The Coasters were a hit-making group of the '50s and early '60s, and were led by singer Carl Gardner, who died earlier this week at age 83. Some of their hits included "Charlie Brown," "Poison Ivy," "Searchin'," and "Along Came Jones." Perhaps their best known was this hit, "Yakety Yak."
