Rep. Anthony Weiner has told friends and Dem leaders that he will resign from Congress at 2 p.m. today in Brooklyn, presumably ending the breathless 24-hour media voyeurism that has gone on for the past 2 weeks (especially for Political Penis Reporter Little Luke Russert -- what will he do now?). Weiner's Twitter tawdriness ruined his ability to serve, and demonstrated his need to seek help for his "issues."
Now, we can expect Rethuglicans to righteously call for the resignation of their prostitute-soliciting Sen. David "Diapers" Vitter, right?
