Who isn't thrilled by the U.S. Women's performance in the Women's World Cup, after their dramatic 5-3 shootout win over the Brazilian team? The stars of the game, goalie Hope Solo (as pretty as J-Lo, but with more grit), forward Amy Wambach and defender Ali Krieger, never gave up, despite falling behind Brazil. Now they're in the semi-finals.
What a team, and one that, whatever happens from here on out, is one we can be proud of.
