One of the best progressive Senators who lost in the teabangelist tide last November was Russ Feingold of Wisconsin. With Wisconsin Dem Sen. Herb Kohl deciding not to run in 2012, it was hoped that former Sen. Feingold would run for that seat, and give voters in Wisconsin a chance for a do-over. Now, sadly, it appears that Feingold has ruled that run out.
Hope he reconsiders, but in his stead Congresswoman Tammy Baldwin has a good shot at holding the seat for the Dems in the wake of Gov. Scott "Too Much Johnnie" Walker's monumental right-wing overreach.
