Today's "Hair"-brained comment from Rethug/ New Confederate Party Gov. Rick "Hair" Perry (Idiot-TX) is on the topic of abstinence education programs -- specifically Texas'. Sez Hair, over and over, "Abstinence works!" Um, not so much. (If only his parents had been abstinent during their marriage!)
