New Mexico Rethuglican County Commissioner Michael "Wiener" Wiener was visiting the Philippines recently -- or more accurately, visiting a notorious red light district there -- when he asked a passer by to snap his photo with some bar girls. Sadly for the appropriately named Wiener, the passer by -- a photographer -- was there documenting the sex tourism industry. When Wiener gave the photographer his e-mail address to forward the pictures, the photographer noticed that Wiener was a public official and later that he had posted the pics on his Facebook page (!).
This isn't the first time for Wiener to get his wiener in a wringer, according to the linked story in Talking Points Memo. Allegations of sexual harassment, and racist e-mails are part of Wiener's resume, too. Looks like a rising star in the misogynist Rethuglican party.
