This is a non-photoshopped picture of Oregon Rethuglican State Rep. Matt "Wingnut" Wingard who apparently (possibly with the help of a roofie), got his young female staffer into a "compromising situation," and followed up with a nice dose of sexual harassment. Wingard was Deputy House Leader for the Rethuglicans until his recent resignation.
Wingard is clearly innocent. Just look at this fine example of white, conservative manhood. What woman would need to be drugged to end up in bed with him?
