We're a little late in posting this hilarious clip from Tuesday night's The Colbert Report, in which Steven compares the enthusiasm of the Dems with that of the Rethugs. Rodent-like Rethug Party boss Reince "Prepuce" Priebus provides the unintentional hilarity.
