President Obama choked up while delivering a statement on today's mass murders in Newtown, Connecticut's Sandy Hook Elementary School, which claimed the lives of 20 children and 7 adults (including someone at the shooter's home). It's clear that this tragedy has affected him very deeply, and he promised "meaningful action" to prevent this type of horror from happening again, "regardless of the politics."
