Warren to Banking Committee

There are reports that Sen.-elect Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) -- how we love saying that -- will be seated on the Senate Banking Committee. Wall Street crooks paid to defeat her both for chair of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and later for the Senate race in Massachusetts. They won round one, but lost when Sen.-elect Warren defeated incumbent barn coat model Scott "Centerfold" Brown.

Warren's Committee is responsible for oversight of the banking industry, and specifically implementation of the Dodd-Frank legislation passed in the wake of Wall Street's reckless behavior which led to financial collapse. She's the nemesis of the high-rolling hedge fund managers and financial sharks who believe the rules don't apply to them. We're in for a rewarding few years.
