Hooked By A Whopper

Liz "Lizard" Cheney, Rethuglican Senate hopeful and nepotistic spawn of former (Vice) President Dick "The Dick" Cheney, wants to run in the Wyoming primary against incumbent Rethug Sen. Mike Enzi for their party's Senate nomination.  Much of the criticism aimed at Lizard from Wyoming Rethugs is that she's lived most of her life in the Virginia suburbs of Washington, D.C.  Lizard didn't help that issue when she lied on a fishing license application about how long she'd been a resident of Wyoming. For a fishing license in Wyoming, the applicant needs to have been a continuous resident of the state for a minimum of one year;  Lizard lied on the application, since at the time she'd been a resident for a little over 2 months.  Yesterday, Lizard paid a $220 bond for making a false application for the license.

Of course her father, The Dick, lied repeatedly in order to muster public support for the disastrous war of choice in Iraq.  It appears the poop doesn't fall far from the pooper.
