One of the great outrages of the Rethuglican / New Confederate Party has been Rethuglican Governors turning down Federal Medicaid subsidies that would directly aid the poorest in their states. It's part of a five-year long effort to undermine the Obama Administration and to cause it to fail (like the Bush Assministration did all on its own). But it's only hurting real people.
