"Leadership," Rudy 911 Style

You can usually count on former New York Mayor and man-who-married-his-mistress Rudy "Rudy 911" Giuliani to weigh in on issues that he has limited or no credentials for.  When he popped up on the  GOP TV Fux Channel recently to opine on the situation in Crimea, Rudy 911 showed his admiration for Russia's mini-czar Vladimir Putin's "leadership":
"But [Putin] makes a decision and he executes it, quickly. Then everybody reacts. That's what you call a leader. President Obama, he's got to think about it. He's got to go over it again. He's got to talk to more people about it."
In this one statement, Rudy 911 exhibits everything that's out of whack with the Rethuglican neocon foreign policy world.  He equates being a "leader" with taking unilateral action, in this case on manufactured grounds.  No wonder he looks back on "leader" Dumbya's Iraq disaster with pride.

Where was Rudy 911's "leadership" when he went against the warnings of the NYPD and put New York City's emergency command center in the World Trade Center 7 building, insuring that it would be rendered useless in the September 11 attacks?  Also, for someone who went from first place in the 2008 Rethuglican Presidential sweepstakes to last place in just months, "leading" is not something Rudy 911 should be commenting on.

Conservative have always loved Dictators. What they crave and yearn for is the powerful (real or perceived to be) man who strides in and makes decisions.

This is why conservatives love Dick Cheney and Vladimir Putin.

Yep. It's their id expressing itself.
