New item: The head of the Public Administration and Policy Department at American University in Washington, D.C. was arrested after being accused of arson and stealing over 5,400 prescription pills, including Oxycontin and Cialis. Professor David "It's The" Pitts was reportedly trying to start a fire near his home, and appeared to be in a "disoriented" state when arrested.
UPDATE: It's really sad. He was a um ... highly rated professor who was doing work in LGBT workforce issues.
