City of Paris Suing Fux Channel

The City Council of Paris has voted to sue Fux for defamation for its broadcast of their "terrorist expert" Steve "No-Go" Emerson's false claims that Paris and other European cities have "no-go" zones that are off limit to non-Muslims.  No-Go Emerson's claim that England's city of Birmingham had such zones drew the condemnation and ridicule of the UK's conservative Prime Minister David Cameron, who said No-Go was "a complete idiot."

Fux is used to getting away with egregious propaganda in the U.S. every day, unchallenged in a court of law that would likely rule that their b.s. is within their First Amendment rights to disseminate.  Here's hoping that our European friends win their case, and fire a shot across Fux's bow to let them know that sometimes making up nasty stuff will cost you.
