Expect a lot of deceptive half-measures from Congressional Republicans on climate change in order to take some of the (no pun intended) heat off of them after years of denial and obstruction. With majorities in both houses of Congress, the Rethugs will make superficial gestures without substance on everything from climate change to immigration reform to income inequality to try to convince voters in 2016 that they care sooo much about issues that a big majority of Americans want resolved, without actually doing anything.
