Today's Tomorrow Cartoon

After the murder of Walter Scott in South Carolina, even a hard nose like former New York City police commissioner Ray Kelly has endorsed the use of police body cameras which he once opposed.

Hardly a day goes by when a cell phone camera doesn't catch police in the act of beating or shooting someone.  There are a lot of good cops out there, doing their job in an honorable way.  But there also seem to be too many bad ones out there.
