BONUS: Speaking of bizarre, here's a ghost written column purportedly by foreign affairs expert Ben "Mental Ben" Carson suggesting that the refugees be rounded up in Syria / Iraq in "sanctuary" zones in "contested" areas, which would make it easier for either Assad's forces or ISIS to attack them.
