A Small Price for Piggery (Updated)
Former Fux "News" Channel anchor Gretchen Carlson is settling her sexual harassment lawsuit against former Fux CEO and the Bill Cosby of the wingnut Wurlitzer Roger "Jabba the Nut" Ailes for a reported $20 million. Jabba will reportedly pay a portion of the settlement out of his own pocket along with Fux.
Carlson's lawsuit prompted a number of women at Fux to come forward to tell their own accounts of a climate of sexual harassment, humiliation and assaults while at Fux, with Jabba being the central figure. "Fux and Friends" couch potato, wingnut Steve "The Deuce" Doocy, was also named in Carlson's lawsuit as being disrespectful and as having mistreated her.
Unsurprisingly, Jabba is now part of the Rump campaign as an "advisor" (presumably not on women's issues, although that would not be a surprise considering who he's advising). As the article at the link notes, Jabba's presence should be a huge negative for Rump. Save for the mainstream media's fear of Jabba's tactics, and desire to tighten the race by "normalizing" Rump, it would be.
UPDATE: It appears as though the vile predator won't pay any part of the settlement after all.
