Donald Trump suggested at a rally Friday that Hillary Clinton’s bodyguards should stop protecting her because of her views on gun control.
“She’s very much against the Second Amendment,” Trump said in Miami. “She wants to destroy your Second Amendment. Guns, guns, guns, right? I think what we should do is, she goes around with armed bodyguards like you have never seen before. I think that her bodyguards should drop all weapons, they should disarm. I think they should disarm immediately.”
“Take their guns away,” he continued. “She doesn’t want guns. Let’s see what happens to her. Take their guns away, OK, it would be very dangerous.” (our emphasis)
Time for
another session with the Secret Service. At what point do they enforce "three strikes and you're out?"

MSM rightly finds this despicable. It's not the first time Trump has suggested this. However,
Why does no one address Trump's underlying premise that Clinton wants total disarmament? I don't recall her taking such an extreme position - she's promoting control, not confiscation.
Good point. He gets away with a lot of that underlying crap because of the over-the-top "overlying" crap. We fall into that trap sometimes and need to do a better job of calling out as many lies as we can (a big job with Trump).
