Goodbye sane gun control legislation.

Goodbye stable financial markets.

Goodbye alliances that gave us relative peace and security for 60 years.

Goodbye everything that gave us faith that "love trumps hate."

Goodbye to the notion that "we're better than that," because we've proven we're not.
