Neo- fascist sociopath Donald "Rump" Trump and Ayn Rand acolyte/ weasel Rep. Paul "Lyin'" Ryan (R- Galt's Gulch) are furiously whipping votes to pass their TrumpCare/ RepubliCare bill in the House. There's a core of Republicans who feel that 24 million Americans losing their health insurance and gutting Medicaid in the process isn't enough pain; then again there are people like this meathead who'll vote for the bill since Rump blew him a kiss.
Punching down at the afflicted is just the appetizer. Always keep in mind what this is all about.
