Mid-Week Dreaming Song

North Carolina-based indie folk artist Iron and Wine (the stage and recording name for Sam Ervin Beam) has an eclectic background as a mult-instrumentalist singer/songwriter and a visual artist, having been a professor of film and cinematography at the University of Miami. With seven albums to his credit, Iron and Wine has also provided music for such movies as Garden State and Twilight. His eighth album, "Beast Epic," is due out in August, and a track from that album is the wistful and melodic "Call It Dreaming," our song for today. Enjoy.
