In an op-ed in the Los Angeles Times this morning, psychiatrist and psychoanalyst Dr. Prudence Gourguechon looked at several factors in the U.S. Army's field manual regarding the faculties that leaders need to function effectively: trust, discipline and self-control, judgement and critical thinking, self-awareness, and empathy. She summarizes those faculties from the manual, with the common knowledge of what we know of neo-fascist unindicted co-conspirator Donald "Rump" Trump.
