On Saturday at 6:44 a.m., Silver Spring Bureau Chief Brian and his wonderful wife Chi welcomed their precious daughter Zoe Rin to the world. Both Zoe and mom are doing just fine, though as expected, everyone except Zoe is a little sleep deprived. The first- time grandparents aren't over the moon -- they're beyond the Kuiper Belt and still going.
You'll be so loved and so cherished, Zoe. Maybe someday you'll know how much you've brightened our lives like never before.
Sleep now; there are big dreams ahead.
