One day after African-Americans in Alabama gave Democrat Doug Jones the boost he needed to win the Senate special election, narcissistic bigot Donald "Rump" Trump gave the gate to his evil black fig leaf Omarosa Manigault Newman. She had been in the largely ceremonial role of communications director for his Office of Public Outreach.
As far as the resigned/ fired distinction:
Although the official White House statement is that she resigned, multiple sources are reporting that Newman had to be physically removed from the White House grounds after being fired by Chief of Staff John Kelly. (our emphasis)Some of her "fans" on Twitter marked the departure thusly:
