The physical signs of debility are there, as are the signs of his mental deterioration (slurring words, limited vocabulary, manic episodes on Twitter, etc.). It's alarming and should be of concern to everyone. That physical exam early next year can't come too soon.

I'm just curious, does this Doofus know he is getting that exam? Any coin as to the outcome? Will it be "normal?" Will it be Bad, but his "people" will say it isn't? Then they will secretly & quietly take his hand & discuss his "future"? Inquiring minds NEED to know!!
I've seen that "two handed" drinking pose before on many people.
