Weekend Music Twofer
We couldn't choose, so we're playing both!
Vancouver, BC, indie band The New Pornographers released their latest album "Whiteout Conditions" last April. (BTW, the band's name is a reference to Bible- thumping hypocrite Jimmy Swaggart's referring to rock 'n' roll as "the new pornography.") This is the title cut from that album.
Our second song is by Boston's iconic alt rock band, Pixies, "Here Comes Your Man." The song was featured in the 1989 album "Doolittle" (and is currently being played in a commercial for an organization that shall remain nameless). Enjoy your weekend.
