Trump's Toxicity Extends To Funerals
First, it was the funeral for Barbara Bush, where the four most recent Presidents gathered and neo-fascist demagogue Donald "Rump" Trump was absent (playing golf and tweeting at Mar-a-Lardo). Now, Sen. John McCain, who has terminal brain cancer, has requested that Rump not be invited to his funeral. In 2015, Rump infamously denied that former POW McCain was "a hero." Rump, a.k.a. Cadet Bone Spurs, received multiple deferments from the draft during the Vietnam war, including one for "bone spurs," despite his participating in sports and clubbing in Manhattan. Hero!
McCain's worsening condition has forced the Senator and his family to plan for his service, which will be held in Washington's National Cathedral, with eulogies requested from former Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama. Vice President and Rump ass-kisser Mike "Dense" Pence will be invited to attend, but his role in the service is unclear.
