Believing Trump Or Your Lying Eyes
In the mold of his exhortation to his cult followers not to believe anything they hear or see, co-conspirator and pathological liar Donald "Rump" Trump today tweeted accusing NBC of "fudging" the infamous self-incriminating interview in 2017 conducted by Lester Holt where Rump admitted to firing former FBI Director James Comey because of the "Russia thing." It's known that Special Counsel Robert Mueller has asked several people about that statement in the interview as part of his investigation into Rump's involvement with Moscow and possible obstruction of justice in trying to halt the investigation into it.
Rump's admission to Holt followed attempts to disguise the reason for firing Comey, including the ridiculous assertion that it was Comey's public handling of the Clinton e-mail investigation, which damaged her candidacy in the waning days of the 2016 campaign. Rump's new attempt to cast doubt on the integrity of the Lester Holt interview, with no factual basis, is another appeal to his gullible, rabid base to believe what he says, and not their lying eyes and ears.

Trump followers will support him regardless of his bald-faced lies. He lies literally every time he opens his mouth, and I don't believe he even realizes or cares that he does. He's all about the moment, making the most of every tweet or speech he makes, devil take the truth. What matters is that he's always right, the opposition is always out to get him, and he's never treated fairly.
I know it's exhausting to call him out day in and day out, but we have to. We must silence this raging maniac and put an end to his lies. November, November, November! And Robert Mueller!
