Ivanka Trump's Former Partner Sued By DOJ

First Shady and object of her daddy's lust Ivanka "Complicit" Trump's former business partner has been sued by the Justice Department for a massive financial fraud scheme. Moshe Lax allegedly defrauded the Government out of more than $60 million in taxes by hiding his and his family's assets from the IRS in 10 separate scams to make it appear as though his father's estate was insolvent. One of Lax's companies involved in the fraud, Madison Avenue Diamonds, included Trump as a business partner. While Trump isn't named in the suit, her partnership in the company spanned the period in question:

"...the government alleges that Lax fraudulently transferred a portion of equity in Madison Avenue Diamonds at some point between 2008 and 2012. During that period, Trump remained involved with the business. At one point, Trump also had an ownership stake in Madison Avenue Diamonds, according to a deposition she gave in an unrelated case that was obtained by POLITICO last year." (our emphasis)

As the article observes, it's another indication of the corrupt business world that the Trump crime family participated in. There's also the more personal aspect to the story:

"Lax, Trump’s partner in her first independent business venture, was once close to the Trump family. He first introduced Trump to her to her future husband, Jared Kushner, at a gathering of real estate heirs he convened in New York a decade ago. Trump writes at length of meeting Lax and creating Ivanka Trump Fine Jewelry with him in her 2010 memoir, 'The Trump Card.'

'My new associate was an entrepreneur through and through,' she wrote of Lax in her memoir. 'I admired that about him.'

Lax has also told at least one associate that he has discussed financial strategy with Trump’s father, President Trump." (our emphasis)

If by "entrepreneur" she meant "crook," that sums it up. Also, is anyone surprised that Lax discussed "financial strategy" with con man Donald "Rump" Trump and ended up being charged with tax fraud? What do you suppose is in Rump's tax returns that he refuses to release?
