Appeals Court Deals Blow To Trump
Neo-fascist unindicted co-conspirator Donald "Rump" Trump, a.k.a. "Individual-1," has been told that his policy barring asylum seekers crossing the border illegally won't fly by his favorite Court to hate, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco. By a 2-to-1 vote, the judges ruled that pending lawsuits need to be resolved first. The circuit court's opinion agreed with the lower court ruling last month that Rump's order exceeded his authority, and that Congress needs to weigh in on the issue of asylum for immigrants crossing the southern border.
Rump's been chastised by Chief Justice Roberts over his attacks on "Obama judges" on the 9th Circuit. This latest decision will only encourage him to rage against the judicial system, which also has him in its sights for far different reasons. (It won't matter to him that the majority decision was written by Circuit Judge Jay Bybee, who was appointed by -- wait for it -- George W. Bush.)
