We saw an interesting report in Vanity Fair that looked at the mood among Putin pal and sociopath Donald "Rump" Trump's family and inner circle, specifically what they think is ahead for his greasy son and family underboss Don Jr.  An insight from a social gathering attended by his friends:

“Don is very worried,” the attendee said. According to the source, Don Jr. departed this week on a hunting trip to Canada. “They think the bomb’s coming this week, and he doesn’t want to be anywhere near a microphone if the bomb drops,” the source said. In addition to fears that Don Jr. may have lied to Congress, he’s also said to be worried about his role as an executive at the Trump Organization. Last Friday, Michael Cohen’s lawyers revealed that Cohen cooperated with the New York State Attorney General on matters relating to the Trump Organization finances. (our emphasis)

We'd bet money that Rump's greedy, inept son-in-law Jared "Mr. Ivanka Trump" Kushner is in roughly the same predicament. Nonetheless, a point worth emphasizing is that the New York State Attorney General has received cooperation from former Rump fixer Michael Cohen on the crime family's corrupt organization, which puts any criminal activity that the State of New York might charge Don Jr. with beyond a pardon from Rump, who can only pardon people convicted of Federal crimes.
