Kremlin asset and lying sociopath Donald "Rump" Trump was using his "executive time" this morning tweeting, yet again, that he didn't collude with Russia.

While he cites Senate Intelligence Committee chairman Sen. Richard Burr (R-NC) in his familiar ALL CAPS rant, Burr's Republican-majority committee has not completed its investigation and produced a final report on Russian involvement in the 2016 elections and the Rump campaign's role in it. Chairman Burr was not conducting a criminal investigation and he did not have access to all of Mueller’s evidence.
Burr’s conclusions have the same impact on Mueller as angry early morning tweets: NONE.
