Security risk and grifter Jared "Mr. Ivanka Trump" Kushner recently had meetings with Saudi officials, including the notorious murder-for-hire thug Crown Prince Mohammed "Bone Saw" bin Salman. Ostensibly, Kushner is on a Middle East peace mission, having never served as a diplomatic envoy in his life. The odds that he didn't discuss his private business affairs and financing with Bone Saw & Co. are slim to none. We'll never know, because Kushner excluded U.S. embassy officials in Riyadh from his private meetings and even used the Saudis to provide security for him.
The House Oversight Committee has been seeking documentation on Kushner's security clearance, specifically the specific objections raised by the intelligence community to him receiving a top secret clearance. On Tuesday, the White (Supremacist) House rejected the Committee's request, clearly signaling that they have something to hide. The Committee is now expected to subpoena the Trump regime for the documentation.
When it involves foreign policy and the public's right to know, you don't exclude U.S. diplomatic staff from your private meetings with a Middle Eastern despot. When it involves personal business and things you want to hide, you do.
