I love Stephen Colbert and I watch his late night show often. Even he was joking about Mueller's delivery the night of the testimony, though, and I have seen news and reviews from media sources that range from the nutjobs at FOX and the MSNBC headliners all mocking or blaming Mueller for his delivery. It stunned me, because I watched the testimony and thought Mueller revealed many key points and provided clarity for what he and his teams found.

We have a media problem. We are seeing what the corporate owners of media putlets want us to see and that's not the truth. I sound like a kooky conspiracy nut, but this event and the responses really surprised and angered me.

donnah - you certainly aren't alone. Between the corporate desire to not offend any viewer's sensibilities and the short attention span, superficial nature of our culture, the urge is to move on to the next shiny object, and then on again. To say it dis-serves our democracy is an understatement.
