His attacks are always a distraction from previous events. This time it's trump concentration camps, Mueller's testimony along with impeachment inquiry.
Anon -- right. And he'll figure out something else by mid-week to distract from the Democratic debates Wed. He's been able to change the 24-hour narrative with one tweet or soundbite.
