"Judicial Watch" is the crank outfit run by the reptilian Tom Fitton, which specializes in circulating conspiracy theories and debunked right- wing fever dreams from the Vince Foster and Seth Rich deaths to smearing George Soros, and which are often amplified by Russian government media. The nonsense Rump points to in his tweet was debunked in 2016 (and his characterization of the "Clinton supporter's" conclusion is false as well). Some things never change, including that Rump has a full- blown psychotic disorder.
