This morning, a three-judge panel of the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a lower court ruling that requires tax fraudster and white collar crook Donald "Rump" Trump to turn over his tax returns to the House Committee on Oversight and Reform in compliance with their subpoena. Trump's tax preparer, Mazars USA, was subpoenaed for years of Trump's personal and his Trump Organization taxes, which are expected to reveal years of tax evasion, potential bank and wire fraud and money laundering in connection with his personal and corporate taxes.
Trump, who lied repeatedly that he would release his taxes as his predecessors have, has fought strenuously to keep his tax return secret, and is likely to ask for a review of the case by the full Court of Appeals next.
