A Federal judge's ruling yesterday clears the way for phone records and documents seized from an indicted associate of corrupt loon Rudy "Rudy Colludey" Giuliani to be given to Congressional impeachment investigators. Federal District Judge J. Paul Oetken ruled that Lev Parnas can give the investigators evidence from his criminal trial that would be of value to the impeachment investigation. The evidence was seized by Federal law enforcement after Parnas was arrested last October while boarding a flight to Vienna with a one-way ticket.
"The materials are expected to include documents taken from Parnas’s Florida home, along with a complete readout of his iPhone. [Parnas' attorney Joseph] Bondy has said there is relevant information contained in the materials, though he has not disclosed specifically what that might be.Parnas was enlisted by Giuliani in his attempts to manufacture political dirt on potential Dem candidate former VP Joe Biden in Ukraine on behalf of corrupt impeached moron Donald "A Favor" Trump. Parnas was on his way to meet fugitive pro-Putin oligarch Dmytro Firtash in Vienna when he was arrested on campaign finance violations. Federal law enforcement officials stay Firtash is tied to Russian organized crime, and has been eager to curry favor with Trump to have Federal bribery charges against him dropped.
'Review of these materials is essential to the Committee’s ability to corroborate the strength of Mr. Parnas’s potential [impeachment] testimony,' Bondy wrote to the court last week." (our emphasis)
Giuliani is reportedly under Federal criminal and counter-intelligence investigation for his dealings with Ukraine and various corrupt figures there. Parnas' evidence could further corroborate the impeachment case against Trump, and tie Giuliani to a variety of crimes involving everything from additional campaign finance violations to fraud and conspiracy.
