To recap, Trump tried to use taxpayer money to extort Ukraine into announcing a sham investigation into a political rival to manipulate the 2020 election, but Ukraine has announced an investigation into an element of that extortion scheme instead.

We already know Attorney General Trump lawyer and rooting hog cosplayer William "Low" Barr won't be opening any investigation of this because (as we note below) the Justice Department had access to the Lev Parnas information months ago and sat on it. Oh, yeah, and that same information implicated him as having knowledge of the Giuliani efforts to smear the Bidens.
